If any of your advertising and promotions efforts are found to be in "poor taste", rude, crude, illegal, or offensive to those who may encounter and respond to them, we reserve the right to terminate your referral system agreement immediately, without warning, and all current and future payments due or assumed to be due to you will be cancelled.
